We take client confidentiality very seriously.


If you have trusted us with some business information we will do everything in our power to keep that information safe.


Our security and confidentiality measures include:

  • Secure File Transfer System compliant with HIPAA, EU Safe Hardor, SAS 70 Type II, SSAE16, PCI DSS and FIPS 140-2
  • We do not keep any hard copies of data
  • Secure office premises which are gated and locked at night
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agreements
  • Data Protection registered


We will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit, or divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is your proprietary.

We will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the work has been completed


At the end of our service we will return to you all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by us.


We shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of yours at any time during the time in which you are using our services, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to you, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.


Furthermore, we agree that for two-years following you using our services we shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any customers or suppliers of yours other than on your behalf.
