DATABASE CLEANSING SERVICE

If you have a database have you considered whether it is up to date? Information collected 2-3 years ago could now have changed. Maybe you would like to do a marketing campaign but you want to make sure you have all the correct information. Let us complete a database cleanse for you. 

HOW IT WORKS...

Depending on the type of database you use i.e. ACT, Goldmine or Excel we can access it remotely. Alternatively you could export the information you want checking and send it to us as a CS file. You can simply import the new data afterwards.

  • THE PURPOSE OF THE CLEANSE:Do you just want to make sure customer contact details are correct? Do you want to collect email addresses for a specific marketing campaign? By telling us the purpose of the data cleanse and what you want to get out of it we can make sure all objectives are achieved. 
  • HOW MANY CONTACTS?:We charge an hourly rate for our services. Within one hour we can update at least 10-20 clients (depending onrelevant contact availability) you may want us to conduct cleansing in smaller sections rather than taking on the whole database.
  • HOW MANY TIMES WE TRY A CONTACT:Inevitably we will not always reach the most relevant person. Our standard practice is to attempt each contact twice. If you would like more attempts this can be negotiated at a higher hourly rate.
