Assistant (PA) Service

 We offer a Personal Assistant administration support service virtually. We can provide professional services to the same level as would an in-house PA. 
 We are available at the end of the phone or via ZOOM, Microsoft Teams and Skype, contact us via e-mail or we can visit you or you can meet with us at our office. 
This is particularly useful if you do not require full time, or even part time administration, even if it is for 15 minutes a day remote administration could be the answer you are looking for.

How it works...

As your 'Virtual' PA you can contact us anytime (within our standard working hours) and submit a task. These tasks can include researching or booking business travel, managing your emails, taking calls whilst you are in a meeting, typing up dictated letters, confirming appointments, carrying out background research and presenting findings or producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
DIARY MANAGEMENT: We will need access to your online calendar so we can book, amend and confirm appointments. If you do not have one do not worry we can set this up for you either through Outlook Exchange or through with a free service like Google Calendars

PERSONALISED EMAIL ADDRESS: Most of our clients like us to present ourselves as if we are an employee of their company, this will require us to have our own email address under your domain. This will allow us to respond to emails as if we are sat in the office with you.

ACCESS TO EMAIL MAILBOX: If you would like us to manage your emails whilst you are unavailable we will need access to your inbox. If you are using Outlook Exchange this is very easy to set up. Alternatively you might want to put a temporary forward on all incoming emails to a different email address.

DICTATED CORRESPONDENCE: This process could not be simpler, just record what you would like the letter or email to say, send it to us and we will transcribe the recording, proof read it and send it back to you fully formatted. We can even print and send the letter if you wish.

SENDING FILES: As and when you may need to send us a file or vice-versa we will use our secure online file transfer system which is 100% encrypted and secure.
