We offer a professional, secure and confidential transcription service. All work is proof read and typed to the highest standards by trained and qualified secretarial staff. 
 We use a secure file transfer system to send and receive files compliant to the highest security standards. 
 We have specific legal experience with legal secretarial experience, compliance and regulation experience. We are experienced in typing focus group meetings, formal HR meetings and 1-2-1 interviews. 
 We are registered for data protection, trained in records management and have extensive experience when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. 

How it works...

We will transcribe your recordings from various formats including mobile phone recordings, WAV files, MP3 and DSS files. Typing can also be transcribed from DVDs and CDs. Prices are charged per minute of dictation with a standard maximum 24 hour standard turnaround time for recordings under 30 minutes. There is an option for a priority service for any urgent work.

CORRESPONDENCE: Do you need to send professional letters to customers or prospects but worry that the spelling and/or grammar is not quite right? Do you struggle formatting documents? Why not record your letter on your mobile phone and email the recording to us. We guarantee to have a fully formatted, proof read document back to you as soon as possible. We can even print it and post it if you wish.
